Crossfit Hanover WOD
5, 5, 5, 5, 5 Back Squat
and then 15 AMRAP of :
50 ft OH Lunge 45#/25#
7 Pullups
14 situps

Got to 165 on my back squats for 5 (good progress for me).
AMRAP: 8 rounds 30 ft. I think. Really liked this one and was able to straight set all the pullups each time. Feeling stronger!

The Bone is all wild and crazy with her new hairdo. I see an active shoulder girdle, too! Nice work, also a solid 165×5 back squat!
